What does a president need with his own personal army?

On October 1st, Mr. Bush and his administration, after rushing through the 500-page ‘rescue package’, ended up with these developments:
Mr. Bush deployed a brigade of U.S. Army soldiers, with the express purpose of quelling civil unrest, angry individuals, and strike fear into the hearts of American citizens.
Mr. Bush broke the ‘Posse Comitatus’ law, that had forbidden the government to use American troops against it’s own people.
Mr. Bush acquired an unrestricted, with no oversigt, budget line item of $100 BILLION dollars, that he can use at his own discretion.
What does a president need his own army for, and his own massive bank for?
These are the same ninth steps that Hitler took in Germany, Mussolini took in Italy, Pinochet took in Chile, to become dictators of their respective countries–under the guise of helping out in a crisis in order to ‘protect’ the people.
We are just one step away from the tenth and final step toward dictatorship, which is to declare martial law, and actually take control of the entire country, government, financial and all.
Last week, several Congressman stated that they had been threatened with Bush declaring martial law if they didn’t vote for the ‘rescue package’. They caved, and approved it.
What is left for us to do is to advocate for our Attorneys General in each state to arrest Bush and his cronies, and reclaim the country.
Otherwise, Hitler and Mussolini will be reincarnated on American soil, for our ‘protection’.
